Senior Management Controller (M/F)

- The profile we are looking for
We are looking for a Senior Management Controller with approximately 10 years of solid experience in management control, with a strong accounting background and excellent command of multi-company environments.
You are proficient in management tools (Excel, Power BI) as well as accounting and management systems and demonstrate a good level of professional English.
Beyond your technical skills, you stand out for your rigor, organizational skills, and analytical abilities. You enjoy working in a team, thriving in complex environments with multiple stakeholders, and are known for your excellent interpersonal skills.
Curious and proactive, you know how to search for and verify information to inform decision-making.
- What will the missions be?
In a multi-company and multi-site environment, you will contribute to the financial management and performance of the Group through the following missions:
Closing & Reporting
• Participate in monthly closings and produce financial reports
• Analyze financial data and discrepancies between actual results and objectives
• Monitor the performance of activities (costs, margins) and propose corrective actions
• Conduct financial analyses to support the strategy
Budget & financial monitoring
• Contribute to the development of budgets (P&L, Capex) with operational staff
• Support operational staff in budget monitoring
• Validate and analyze budget assumptions
• Monitor intra-group financial flows
Tools & Systems
• Develop management and analysis tools
• Utilize financial information systems
• Participate in cross-functional projects and the development of tools
• Continuously improve management control processes
- Conduct of interviews:
Initial telephone contact with the person in charge of recruitment.
An interview with the head of the management control department and a person from the HR department.
A second interview with the Administrative and Financial Director

- Gross salary paid over 13 months, depending on profile
