Industrial Painter (M/F)

SIRMAT is a company recognized for its expertise in industrial painting (railway, maritime, nuclear, etc.).

You will be joining a small team and working under the authority of the production manager.

• The profile we are looking for

Ideally, you will have a vocational qualification in painting (CAP level) with 3 to 5 years of experience, or experience in liquid painting, and you will be proficient in liquid paint application techniques. You can easily adapt to specific customer requirements (nuclear painting, etc.).

ACQPA certification is an asset. If you do not have it, SIRMAT will provide the training/certification.

• What will the missions be?

By joining Sirmat as an Industrial Painter and after internal training, your main missions will be:

• Prepare the surfaces to be painted (cleaning, sanding, etc.) and the products before application (quantity, color, etc.)
• Apply the products with a spray gun (liquid paints) in accordance with our customers' instructions.
• Carry out quality checks (uniformity, thickness, etc.)
• Make any necessary touch-ups and finishing adjustments.
• Comply with applicable quality recommendations and standards,
• Respect and apply the company's hygiene and safety rules.
